Who controls the data

On the platform, each institution controls its own student and staff records. WeuniOs processes that data on behalf of the institution under a data-processing agreement.

What we collect

• Marketing site: name, institution, work email and message submitted through the demo form
• Platform: records the institution chooses to manage in WeuniOs, under that institution’s control

How we use data

Demo-request data is used only to respond to the enquiry. Platform data is processed only to deliver the configured service. We do not sell data.

Retention and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Institutional data retention follows the customer agreement.
